Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@wearupps.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Clearance or final-sale items

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
